Connecting an HR platform to a corporate travel system

Bespoke middleware that retrieved and transformed HR information for a corporate travel system, reducing manual bridging between the two.

Selected experience from a project delivered before Process Wranglers was founded. The organisation is not named and was not a Process Wranglers client.

A corporate travel system needed information that was held in an HR platform.

A dependable way to get the right information from one system to the other without people re-keying it.

Mike was involved in designing and building the middleware.

Why that approach

Purpose-built middleware could retrieve exactly the information needed and reshape it into the form the travel system expected.
