Who we are
Process Wranglers is a founder-led UK consultancy run by Mike Thorpe. The full legal identity of the data controller and its contact details will be added before this notice is finalised.
What we collect through the enquiry form
Your name and email address (required); your company name, phone number and a problem category if you choose to give them; and your description of the problem.
Please don't send passwords, personal data about other people or confidential documents. A short description is all we need.
Why we use it
We use the details you send only to read and reply to your enquiry and to discuss the work you've asked about. Making an enquiry does not add you to a marketing list.
How your enquiry reaches us
When you submit the enquiry form, the website's own server function checks it and sends it to us as an email through an email delivery provider. Server logs record only short diagnostic codes, not the content of your enquiry.
The email delivery provider, where it processes data and any international transfer safeguards will be named here before this notice is finalised.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights including access to, correction of and, in some circumstances, erasure of your personal data. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Contact details for exercising your rights will be added here.
